📘How to Play - Multiplayer Mode

You need to own at least 1 Pixel Racers Car and 1 Pixel Racers Engine to play the game.

How to Play

  1. Visit pixelracers.io/play and download the build for your operating system. Unzip the file and open the .exe or app file.

Click on the car that corresponds to your OS

2. Open the app and connect your wallet. A new tab should open on your browser.

  • Click CONNECT on the website after all tokens are checked, and return to the app.

3. Select your car and engine in the garage. After connecting, you will be redirected to the garage.

  • There, you can move around using the ARROW KEYS (up, down, left, right)

  • Select the car you want to race with by pressing the SPACEBAR.

  • On the top right hand, you'll find your engines. Click to open a new tab with a list of the engines you own, and CLICK on an engine to select it.

  • Press ENTER to move to the lobby.

4. Selecting and entering a race. After choosing a car and engine and pressing ENTER, you will find yourself in a parking lot.

  • Use the LEFT and RIGHT arrows to navigate between the waiting parking lot and the races.

  • Use the UP and DOWN arrows to navigate between races.

  • Press the SPACEBAR to enter a race. Up to 16 players can play in a race.

5. Click Ready. When there are 10 seconds left on the timer, a READY pop-up button will appear.

  • Click READY before the timer hits 0 to be eligible to race.

  • If there are two or more players, the race will begin. If there is only one person who is ready, the game will not begin, and the timer will go back to 60 seconds.

6. Let's race! The game will begin from the right hand side of the racetrack.

  • At each checkpoint, press the SPACEBAR when the needle hits the brightest area of the hit zone. This will give you the fastest speed.

  • Hitting other zones will slow you down.

7. Finish the race. Cross the finish line to complete the race.

  • See the final standings after the race is over.

  • Collect game exp., trophies, and prize.

8. Return to the lobby to race again.
